Mission and Community Impact
Pierre Lamou was originally developed from recognizing gaps in small business lending, specifically the lack in effectively written business plans and financial projections. In pursuit of empowering small businesses, the desire to better advocate for funding, and educate businesses grew. My experience in community development and commercial lending, pushed me to obtain my master’s degree in business administration to just be stronger in the field to better serve. I am finishing up my Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting, anticipated graduation in December 2026. I look to use all knowledge and experience gained to be a conduit for startup and emerging entrepreneur advocation in business practices, financial literacy, and access to capital.
My role working closely with small businesses to secure funding within my local community included sharpening business practices, further defining their business plans and goals, and assisting in the creation of realistic financial projections. This background provides deep insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face when accessing capital and resources. Through Pierre Lamou, that same spirit of partnership and problem-solving is carried forward bridging business, creativity, and compassion to make a meaningful difference.
Today, Pierre Lamou promotes positivity, collaboration, and growth with emerging businesses. By combining professional expertise in finance and business development, Pierre Lamou serves as an avenue for both economic opportunity and small business connections. The goal is to continue sharing knowledge, expanding access to funding, and helping small businesses and families alike create paths toward stability and success.
